# How do I check the battery level on the Mid-Size Keyboard?

When the battery drops below 10%, the Battery status LED to the left of the esc key pulses red to let you know it’s time to recharge. If you would like to check the battery level in more detail, you can download our [software](https://www.contourdesign.eu/support/drivers).
