Hello Contour Design Support Team, I am writing about my RollerMouse Red. After I removed the rollerbar and cleaned it, the rollerbar click no longer works. **Symptoms** - Cursor movement and dragging work normally. - Pressing the rollerbar produces no click and no click sound. - The unit makes a single click sound when it boots up. - When I adjust the click force and all 5 LEDs are lit (click disabled), I hear one click sound. Lower settings do not restore the click. **What I have tried** - Reseated the rollerbar and both end caps. The caps click into place when pushed outward. - Reconnected the device. - Adjusted the click force setting using the left-click and cursor speed buttons. I could not see a spring or other click mechanism part inside after removing the rollerbar, so I suspect a part may have come loose or been displaced during cleaning. Could you tell me whether this can be repaired, and which replacement part or service option is available? Please let me know what details you need, such as the serial number or proof of purchase. Thank you for your help. ---

Hi Jylee, Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum, This issue is something we have seen several times before, and often happens to some of the older units. If you have a revision 3.6 or older, please look at this link: > [@How can I modify click tension of Rollermouse Red Rollerbar?](https://care.contourdesign.com/t/how-can-i-modify-click-tension-of-rollermouse-red-rollerbar/41): > > You can modify the click force tension of the Rollerbar. Furthermore, you can also disable/enable the clickfunction of the Rollerbar. You can do this physically on your device: It is also possible to modify the function of the Rollerbar inside the driver. If you want to know more about this, please take a look at the article called “Customize buttons” under the section “Features/Customization(driver)”. We always recommend that you install our driver. [Here](https://../pages/drivers.html) is a link to our d… This guide shows how to adjust the click, and the function itself can also turn the click on and off.
