# Scroll issues using the scroll wheel

When I scroll with scroll wheel pages jump up and down and sometimes it’s like scroll can’t get to top or bottom of page. I have the latest firmware and it’s a problem in all programs. Using an updated Windows 11.

This sounds like a warranty issue, and could be a problem with the hardware.  
I would recommend using the “Contact” section of our website to create a warranty ticket.
