If you experience issues with the movement of the cursor, we recommend that you clean the device.
It might be a hair, grain of sand, or something similar that is causing trouble for the sensor in the product.

Important! – It is important that you do not use harsh detergents or hand sanitizer on your Rollermouse. We recommend using an Air duster and antibacterial cleansing wipes.
