If your keyboard is no longer connecting via Bluetooth, try these options:
Option 1: Check you’re on the paired Bluetooth channel
Press the QuickSwitch button and check that the second or third LED with the Bluetooth icon is on. If glowing white, the connection to Bluetooth has been restored. If the dongle LED or the wrong Bluetooth LED is on instead, just tap the QuickSwitch button to get to the right one.
Option 2: Turn the keyboard off and on again
Slide the power switch on the left side of the keyboard off - then on again. This sometimes solves connectivity issues.
Option 3: Restart Bluetooth pairing
Step 1: Short press the QuickSwitch button to switch to one of the Bluetooth channels
Step 2: Press and hold the QuickSwitch button for 3 seconds.
The LED flashes - that means the keyboard is discoverable again for 120 seconds.
Step 3: Go to Settings - Bluetooth & devices - Add Device - Bluetooth, and select Balance from the list. If Swift Pair is enabled on your PC, the keyboard will automatically pop up at the lower right corner of your screen
Step 4: Enter the 6-digit PIN using your Balance Keyboard and hit the Enter key to complete the Bluetooth pairing
