My Mid-Size keyboard has lost connection to the PC (dongle)

If your keyboard isn’t connecting to the dongle, try these options:

Option 1: Check you’re on the dongle channel

Press the QuickSwitch button and check that the first LED with the dongle icon is on. If it’s glowing white, the connection to the dongle has been restored. If one of the Bluetooth LEDs are on instead, just tap the QuickSwitch button until the first LED is glowing.

Option 2: Turn the keyboard off and on again

Slide the power switch on the left side of the keyboard off - then on again. This sometimes solves connectivity issues.

Option 3: Move the dongle to another port

Move the dongle to another USB port - preferably one with a clear line of sight to your keyboard.

Avoid plugging it into hubs or ports that are hidden behind your setup, as physical barriers can block the signal or cause interference.

Option 4: Re-pair the dongle and keyboard

Step 1: Unplug the dongle from your PC and plug it back in. You now have 60 seconds to complete the following steps:

Step 2: If the keyboard is turned off, turn it on by using the slider on the left side

Step 3: Make sure the dongle LED is fading in and out. If not, press the QuickSwitch button until the dongle channel is selected

Step 4: Bring the keyboard’s upper-left corner within 10 cm of the dongle

Step 5: Press and hold the QuickSwitch button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly. The LED will turn solid white once paired.
