My wired keyboard does not work on computer startup

My wired keyboard does not work when the computer starts up.


The issue can usually be resolved by updating the keyboard firmware using a firmware updater.

Before downloading the updater, please check which Windows version your computer is running.

To find your Windows version:
Right-click the Windows icon and select Settings.
Go to Your device info and click More device information.
Under Windows specifications, you will find the version.

Once you have confirmed the version, please use the appropriate link below:

Updating the keyboard only takes about 30–60 seconds.

Once you have downloaded the updater, please follow these steps:

Install the updater locally on your computer.

Open the updater and disconnect the keyboard from the computer.

Hold D + F + U while reconnecting the keyboard to the computer.

Release the three keys - the update will start automatically.

After about 30 seconds, the keyboard will be updated and you can uninstall the updater again.
